YOUR POOL GIRL services a manageable number of accounts in the Outer Banks, preferably working directly with the property owner. My schedule allows the time needed to properly address each client's needs.
I only use the highest rated pool chemicals and have a close working relationship with top reputable sources for parts and supplies.
Servicing the Outer Banks of NC
Pool Services are performed twice a week and include:
- Backwash filter
- Check and adjust water chemistry
- Skim pool surface, vacuum pool bottom, brush walls
- Empty all baskets skimmer/pump, load chemical feeders
- Inspect equipment
- Straighten pool furniture and clean pool deck
Spa Services are performed twice a week and include:
- Weekly water change
- Mid-week test and adjust water chemistry
- Clean filter
- Skim spa surface, vacuum spa bottom, brush walls
- Load chemical feeders
- Inspect equipment
- YOUR POOL GIRL keeps a written record of all water conditions in pool & spa.
- YOUR POOL GIRL completes a check list for safety inspections such as secure gate latches, safety equipment, and proper signage.
- YOUR POOL GIRL will always notify you and your agency if the tenants are being noticeably abusive to your property.

Weekly Home Inspection Service
YOUR POOL GIRL also offers weekly home inspections on turn-over days. I
know I can save you money on costly repairs, and at the same time, offer you peace of
mind that someone you know is looking out for you.I will take photos and a full inventory of your property at no charge. I will perform a weekly inspection on turn-over days. Reports will include recommendations on maintenance needs and any theft or damages incurred. In the event of any theft or damage to your property, you and your agency will be notified immediately by phone. Damages will be photographed and explained in detail. A full report will be sent to you and to your agency by email.
